All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Sioux Falls, SD by USPS Parcel

Select to arrive in your home within 3-10 business days of placing your order. It can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive a tracking number for your order (don’t worry, we’ve already built this into our shipping timeline).

All handbags are shipped with insurance and signature delivery to assure safe arrival to your hands.

 

Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

Enjoy free shipping within the US. USPS Priority Mail is available as an upgrade on all of our listings.

Due to the high demand for our handbags we do not accept returns.

We can assist with additional photos or advice about what handbag which will best fit your lifestyle and needs.

We recommend using a damp soft cloth or your favorite leather cleaner and a dry, soft cloth to buff out any marks or scuffs. Be sure to test the cleaner on an inconspicuous spot to ensure discoloration does not occur. Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.

The Megan Alexander Limited Lifetime Warranty is a statement of confidence to our customers to the reliability of our products, which are designed and manufactured to the highest standards in quality, style, appearance and durability. 

This warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship, provided that the consumer purchased the products from an authorized distributor of Megan Alexander. Megan Alexander cannot guarantee the quality or condition of products from distributors who do not agree to meet our high standards, and therefore, no warranty is provided for products from unauthorized sellers.
